We chose this single origin coffee to roast especially for milk-based coffees. It is creamy, complex and moreish in milk, and clean and sweet as a black coffee.

We are using a regional lot called “Samba” from Project Origin.
Our regional Samba is harvested from June through to August and has a flavour profile that is sweet and full-bodied, with flavours of chocolate, hazelnut, raisin and citrus.
